Dr. Anna Bucy
Dr. Anna Bucy, CEO of Prevention Bully with more than 25 years of K-12 and higher education leadership experience. In my 19 years of college teaching, I have come to believe that education is a gift. Education is a set of cooperative agreements between teacher and student to learn, respect each other, expand our minds and pursue a greater understanding of life. True education exists at edges of our comfort zones. To be challenged is to learn.
I want to improve the education of our country’s youth by fostering partnerships between K-12 schools and colleges. I am uniquely positioned to affect those relationships due to my education, college teaching experience, and experience serving on a local board of education as a member and student achievement liaison.
