Jason B. Allen is the National Organizing Director for the National Parents Union. He has worked in Education for over fifteen (15) years as a teacher, administrator and leader serving students, families and communities. As a long time storyteller, Jason shares his experiences through his company, educational entities, llc , which includes The Educators Voice Blog (TEVB), Students for Equity, i Win Morning Show and Lillie’s Foundation.
He is a longtime advocate for male engagement and doing the work of elevating Black male teachers and educators voices to order to help increase the number of male educators or color in classrooms and boardrooms. His podcast, Speak Black Man, focuses on ways to recruit, retain and empower Black male educators to advocate for social justice and equity while adding our perspectives to various issues impacting us. Additionally, he shares his experience as an educator through the Indy K12 blog.
He is a member of the Association of American Educators (AAE), and the AAE Foundation Advocacy Fellow. His life work is centered on his family’s foundation, Lillie’s Foundation, supporting grandparents and seniors raising school aged children.

This, along with his skills in business planning, client relations, networking, operations, and project management, enables him to manage a recruitment program that provides the strongest of candidates. Using social media, search engines, job boards, and job fairs, Kyle finds diverse candidates who will be top performers as teachers and school administrators.

His experience in leadership solutions, change innovation, staff and leadership development, and human capital strategy, has led schools through strategic improvement initiatives that resulted in increased student achievement and organizational outcomes. Through his work in change processes and reengineering systems, he has developed a strong reputation for transformational change, school restructuring, and staff development leadership.

Dr. Warren is a higher ed administrator, and Author of two books, No Regrets! Living Your Life to The Fullest (2008) and Push for The Journey – 40 Days to Build Your Momentum (2017), both of which he self-published. Additionally, he is a sought-after motivational speaker, spreading a message of inspiration, hope, and encouragement. Dr. Warren was elected and served as the first black school board member for the bemidji area school district in 2020, which is a small rural community that has less than a 3% population of blacks. Dr. Warren currently resides in Minneapolis/St. Paul area with his wife Ebony and their two boys Gabriel II and Christian.
