Dr. Michelle R. Easton  @MichelleEaston4
Dr. Michelle R. Easton, Dean, University of Charleston School of Pharmacy, is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctorate of Pharmacy Degrees from Xavier University of Louisiana. She has completed a specialty residency in psychiatric pharmacy practice at the Medical University of South Carolina teaching hospitals in Charleston, South Carolina and the Management Development Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr. Easton served as the Director of Experiential Education at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia before joining the University of Charleston. She was an inaugural member of the leadership team for the development of the UC School of Pharmacy. In this capacity she served as the Assistant Dean for Professional and Student Affairs. Dr. Easton has been bestowed the honor of being named one of the inaugural recipients of the University Fellow distinction at the University for outstanding service and contribution. She was named Dean, UC School of Pharmacy in 2009. Her scholarly interests include student and practitioner professionalism, psychiatric and neurological disorders, smoking cessation, and pharmacy services delivery to the underinsured and underserved populations.

The University of Charleston School of Pharmacy is proud to partner with Forest of the Rain Productions on a six-week radio program focused on medication safety and adherence. Our students, faculty, and staff are committed to educating the public about the safe use of prescription medications. We reach thousands of persons each year through health outreach activities, participation in harm reduction programs, and educational programming. In fact, for three years, our students have been recognized by the National Consumers League for their efforts with the Script Your Future Challenge designed to encourage the public to take their medications as prescribed. |

Tyler LeroyTyler Leroy is a first year pharmacy student at the University of Charleston's School of Pharmacy. He is from Stuart, Florida and has an undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Florida State University. At UC he is the Script Your Future P1 Chair and future ASHP Parliamentarian. Tyler has a deep passion for helping those in need and being involved in philanthropic events whenever possible.

Erik HansonErik Hanson is a second year pharmacy student at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy. Erik am from South Carolina and attended Clemson University for his undergraduate studies. A nice balance of school and obsession with cars takes up most of Erik’s time. He enjoys taking pictures and spending time with his family.

David PoeDavid Poe was born and raised in Crab Orchard, West Virginia. After completing high school, he attended Concord University and received a degree in chemistry. David is currently a third year pharmacy student at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy. He serves as the Vice President of the Pharmacy Student Governance Association and one of the three Script Your Future chairs.
