Brittany N. Packnett has been Executive Director of Teach For America-St. Louis since 2012, overseeing 150 corps members and 450 alumni who serve over 24,000 low-income students. In her first 16 months, her team launched a new local training institute, increased average student growth by 5 months, surpassed fundraising goals by 30%, dramatically increased teacher & staff experience and satisfaction, and invested in culturally responsive pedagogy.
