The purpose of this quote book is to inspire you to begin to take a look at some of the reactions we have had towards the things our youth do on and off the field. This book will evoke you to change the negative patterns and make new ones when dealing with the youth. It will also serve as an eye opener to see some of the things we allow on and off the field that will bring about negative effects on our youth as they grow up

Archie R. Beslow 
affectionately knowns as Coach Archie, has a powerful gift to help bridge academics and athletics among the youth.  He is the founder and CEO of Coach 2 Mentor, as well as an empowerment speaker, youth sports coach, internet radio host, mentor and accomplished author.

With a belief in discipline, Coach Archie, has a strong passion for preparing young athletes for sports and life through coaching and mentoring.  It is through this passion that Coach 2 Mentor was birthed in 2014.  Coach Archie mentors youth across the Metropolitan area by helping them develop, build confidence, and challenge their talents and abilities; encouraging them to thrive in sports and education; supporting parents in helping their children achieve success on and off the field of play (which includes home and school visits in the program); Read B4 Contact; and using a positive formula, P.A.S.S. (Prayer, Academics and Structure = Success).

Coach Archie also served on the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) since 1990, and on MPD's Executive Protection Unit since 1995, protecting DC Mayor Muriel Bowser and former D.C. Mayor's Marion Barry, Anthony Williams, Adrian Fenty and Vincent C. Gray.  A member of the Fraternal Order of Police, this decorated officer includes among his awards, an Achievement Medal and a Unit Citation.
