"Everyday Is A Sunday" is a Afrikan centered look at homeschooling through the eyes of child, interacting with the whole family as part of their socialization and educational process. Traditional Afrikan spirituality, health and wellness, and lots of family time makes a huge impact in the daily life of a homeschooled child. In the African American community, Sundays have been a traditional day for get-togethers, family dinners, religious gatherings and more! This approach to homeschooling utilizes the Afrikan proverb, "It takes a village to raise a child". With vivid illustrations and color schemes related to the Yoruba spiritual tradition of Ifá and it's deities, collectively called Orisha, this book is a great source of inspiration for many homeschooling families of Afrikan descent and beyond!

My name is Obafemi Kinsiedilele, also known as O'Brennan Moss, co-founder of GSC Gardens and educator of the Sankoka Institute Educational Services. I am also a father of 5, committed life partner, community organizer and recording artist of the music group MCE. I attended Southeast Arkansas College and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and have been a member of Ipet Isut Afrikan Institute since 2008. I'm also an US Army veteran. My development of education and literacy began early with my parents instilling a love for reading, growing up having a father as a coach of many sports and mother as a school teacher. As a servant in my community, I have held workshops, classes, movie nights, presentations and demonstrations to help inform and inspire my community. Becoming an author adds to the creative repertoire necessary to help motivate and further develop those who are inspired by my works.
