Nikki Guy-Dixon Talks About Home Schooling

Nikki Guy-Dixon is the wife of Terence Dixon and the mother of four beautiful children (Mackenzie, Sydney, Kennedy, and Terence Jr.). She is a former Maryland public school teacher turned home school mom and entrepreneur.  Nikki is a graduate of the Prince George’s County Public School system. She holds a dual degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She is dedicated to educating other parents about the benefits of being involved in their child’s education through public speaking, blogging, and mentoring. In addition to her background in education, she is also a Maryland Licensed Cosmetologist.  Nikki encourages parents to explore Trade as an option for their children in addition to college. Her education philosophy is “In order to better our nation, we must improve the education of our children”.
