Michel Davis Robinson, guest host, 3 Questions sat down with Dr. Tekemia Dorsey, Founder and CEO of The Creative Group, LLC to discuss the importance of effective leadership in time of crisis.
Dr. Tekemia Dorsey is the CEO of The Creative GRP, LLC. The Creative GRP, LLC has won The USCA Best of Baltimore Small Business Consulting Award for seven straights years and was recently inducted into Baltimore Business Hall of Fame. Dr. Tekemia Dorsey is also the Executive Director of the Dr. Tekemia Dorsey’s (DTD) Institute 2 Transform Leaders, founded in 2005.
Dr. Dorsey received her Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Dorsey created DTD’s Institute 2 Transform Leaders to provide an opportunity for youth to adults alike to learn more about going from ordinary people to extraordinary leaders through a “360 Degree of Evolution” process. Using her leadership principles and core pillars, Dr. Dorsey has become an established and awarding winner author, keynote speaker, facilitator/workshop presenter, curriculum specialist, publisher, professor, entrepreneur, radio show host, executive leadership trainer/coach, community activist, athlete and Child of God. Dr. Dorsey currently serves in a voluntarily capacity as Commissioner of Baltimore City Parks and Recreations Co-Ed Christian Softball League and Executive Director for The International Association of Black Triathletes.
