Tish is the Founder of Transforming Leaders Now, Inc., a consultancy specializing in Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, College & Career Readiness, Women, and African American History.
Experienced in working with leading brands in the career development industry, with the primary focus on DE&I and Interpersonal Skills, Tish is a highly regarded presenter, which is why her learning and development trainings have become favorites among organizations, universities, and leadership conferences from coast to coast. She is venerated for delivering tailored, measurable training solutions for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations of all sizes and challenges her audiences to actively contribute to the transformation and growth of their organizations.
Tish is a contributing author of several published articles and four books: Leading the Way: Stories of Inspiration and Leadership, BLACKOUT: Real Issues and Real Solutions to Real Challenges Facing Black Student Affairs Professionals, From Mediocre to Magnificent, and From Letters to Leaders: Creating Impact on Your Campus and Beyond. Additionally, Tish is the recipient of the Daniel Bentley Communication Award, the Ross Szabo Speaker Award, & a finalist in Campus Activities Magazine’s Speaker of the Year.
Tish has delivered over 1000 paid talks in her career, has presented her research at the Dr. Joseph H. McMillan National Conference on The Black Family in America and the National Council for Black Studies. Having spoken in 45 states and 14 countries, Tish still maintains an active speaking schedule, keynoting at dozens of leadership conferences and campuses every year. Tish is a graduate of Kentucky State University, has a Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University, and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
