Dr. Yolanda Peay
Dr. Yolanda Peay earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education (literature concentration) and her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Peay earned her Doctorate degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University. Her dissertation is titled “The Influence of Organizational Leadership on "Minority" Student Success in Inner City Schools.” Dr. Peay is a published author and educator with over fifteen years of teaching experience in urban schools. She is the principal of Enterprise Charter School and founder of Peay & Associates Consultant Group LLC.
