BIO: Tramaine L. Crawford is the CEO of TLC Coaching & Mentoring—a global provider of leadership development, coaching, and mentoring. TLC Coaching & Mentoring’s primary mission is to help clients raise their leadership potential and achieve REAL success. TLC Coaching & Mentoring also provides coaching and mentoring services for youth, young adults, professionals, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and military veterans utilizing the John C. Maxwell leadership philosophy and Tramaine's passion for adding value to others.

Tramaine is a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, and Speaker. His 1-on-1 coaching, mentoring, and group training aids in personal, professional, and business growth. He is also an Army veteran and a community leader who is passionate about growing and equipping people. For over 15 years, he’s been providing leadership and adding value to individuals, teams, and leaders in the community, military, and government. Throughout his life and career, he has helped people set and achieve SMART goals. He has helped move people from where they are to where they want to be. Tramaine is a REAL success!
Q. How is your work changing the narrative?
My mission and purpose is to grow and equip the next generation of leaders. My work provides coaching & mentoring, and is committed to helping black boys and black girls see themselves as leaders. I am helping them to become leaders and increase their leadership potential. My work is changing the narrative by helping youth understand the true nature of leadership. My work is helping youth understand that leadership is not about being the boss and it's not a position reserved for the affluent. My work is also changing the narrative by helping youth understand that their is no real success without a successor. My work teaches young people the importance of passing the baton and sowing seeds into others. Lastly, my work empowers young people to make a greater impact on the world that they live in!
