Dr. Mike Robinson: Can you clarify the election process of the Alumni Representative as you understand it? Is it an election of alumni from the membership ranks, or will it be two elected members from the National Alumni Association leadership?
CPE: The Alumni Association, along with the other parties identified, were all made aware of the request for elected representatives and the deadline. The process for election would be up to the Alumni Association.

CPE: The Presidential Search Committee shall be composed of eleven (11) members:
One (1)-Representative from the Council on Postsecondary Education selected by the CPE President; and will serve as chairperson of the search committee;
Two (2)-Kentucky State University Students, elected by the Student Government Association;
Two (2)-Kentucky State University Faculty Members, elected by the Faculty Senate;
Two (2)-Kentucky State University Staff Members, elected by the Staff Senate;
Two (2)-Kentucky State University Alumni, elected by the KSU Alumni Association;
Two (2)-Frankfort Community Members, selected by the CPE President;
One (1)-Frankfort Community At- large Representative
One (1)-Frankfort K-12 Representative
Selected or elected presidential search committee members shall not be current members of the Kentucky State University Board of Regents.

CPE: THE KENTUCKY STATE UNIVERSITY PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH COMMITTEE CHARGE
The Kentucky State University Presidential Search Committee shall conduct a search process to identify the Kentucky State University presidency finalists. The Search Committee shall prepare a report for the Board of Regents that will provide a summary of the search process. The Committee shall identify and evaluate candidates for President that will include each finalist candidate's strengths and areas of concern in an unranked format and make a recommendation to the Board of Regents of no more than three (3) not less than two (2) finalists.
