YouTube is excellent in detailing exercises from yoga, boot camp; focusing on abdominals to cardio dance fitness!! Many instructors are doing live fitness classes online - especially BollyX which is one program that I teach & trying to figure out how to do classes online!! Definitely try & get out during the earlier part of the day for walks - play with kids in the garden, go for a run Yes - we are going through a crisis- but still, we can work out- as long as it’s at a distance & not closed contact like at the gym!!! I would recommend cardio 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes & strength training/ resistance 2 times a week 15-20 mins!!! If parents have a bike or elliptical machine- use it If not - there are tons & tons of exercise videos available for free on YouTube!!
