@VNixon1988 It depends if you have financial resources or not. If you don’t, you must take advantage of the public library’s reading programs. When I was an elementary teacher it was stunning how my kids regressed in reading. It seems like I had to start over each year. Kids have to read!!!
Most libraries have summer reading incentives, tickets to the movies, etc. I could always catch my kids up in math, but reading was the problem. Long story short, read read read! That’s my opinion!
