Dr. Dorothy C. Handfield: I believe that our community has enough spending power to boycott the NFL. We do not have to support the games by refusing to purchase tickets and/or athletic goods or watch the games on television. We should support the NFL players in the same manner that the NFL players are supporting issues that impact our communities.
