I say YES and I support defunding law enforcement.
We used to have law enforcement to take classes to learn about the ways of humans, we used to have community policing meaning they not only lived in the community but built a relationship with residents and knew who belonged and who didn't.
I am also an advocate of getting them out of our public schools. We BLACK MOMS didn't birth criminals. They pay teachers to criminalize poverty and oppression, our children need social workers and psychologists who are culturally competent to address the generational and inter-generational PTSD and trauma.
