We used to have law enforcement to take classes to learn about the ways of humans, we used to have community policing meaning they not only lived in the community but built a relationship with residents and knew who belonged and who didn't.
I am also an advocate of getting them out of our public schools. We BLACK MOMS didn't birth criminals. They pay teachers to criminalize poverty and oppression, our children need social workers and psychologists who are culturally competent to address the generational and inter-generational PTSD and trauma.

Marshata Caradine-Randall wears hats of that of a wife, mother, education advocate, writer, activist, parent educator, and an agitator for ridding education malpractice and curriculum discrimination within our inner cities. My goal is to use my power of the spoken word and platforms to empower, educate, engage, bridge the gaps, infuse, and inspire others on where they are vs. where I know they should be. I have three biological beautiful, talented, and educated children but thousands of surrogates who are my reason why I FIGHTS OUT LOUD and HARD to eradicate education malpractice.
